What does made to order mean?
Every Broskiz item is printed after you order it. Nothing is made in advance.
How long until my order ships?
Production takes 2-5 business days. After that, shipping time depends on your location and the carrier, and is shown at checkout. You get an email with tracking once your order ships.
Can I return an item?
Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or colour choice. If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, email support@broskiz.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will send a replacement or refund the item.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible and we will cancel if production has not started.
